HOW IS MY ORDER PACKAGED?
Your order is sent in discrete packaging for your privacy.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING COSTS?
To keep postage simple and affordable, we offer a flat rate shipping fee of $10 Australia wide for orders under $50. For all orders $50 and over, we currently offer free standard shipping within Australia.
SHIPPING TIME?
We aim to post our products within 24 hours of receiving your order. Your order will receive a tracking number, which will include estimated time of arrival.
WHERE DO YOU POST TO?
At this stage, we are only shipping to Australia. However, if you are interested in Embody products from outside of Australia, we would love to hear from you. Drop us a line and we can see what we can do.
DAMAGED GOODS - WHAT DO I DO?
If your products have not arrived in one piece or something is missing, please contact us at hello@embodyshop.com.au and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to process returns for change of mind and can only accept returns if the product is faulty or damaged. If you have any questions regarding our returns policy please contact us here.
